After-School Maktab in Bronx

Our After-School Maktab program is designed to provide children with a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge while balancing their secular education. This program focuses on Quran learning, nurturing faith, moral values, and community among young students in a supportive environment.

  • Open to children aged 5-13. Beginners and students with prior Islamic learning experience are welcome.

• • What Students Will Learn:

    • • Quran Recitation with Tajweed
    • • Basic Memorization (Surahs and Duas)
    • • Islamic Studies (Aqeedah, Seerah, Fiqh, and Akhlaq)
    • • Daily Sunnahs and Practical Islamic Living
    • • Arabic Reading and Writing Skills

    • • Days: Monday to Thursday
    • • Time: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
